JPay Offers Accounts for Phone calls and a Securus link for Emails. Below are Links to set up these accounts. Most all inmates have a tablet that allow emails to be sent both ways.

Email Stamp Costs: 5-$2.35 10-$4.50 25-$11.00 50-$21.00
Attachments cost one stamp. Stamps may only be purchased through the Securus Website.

After creating an account with Securus you can find the person you want to email by launching eMESSAGING and then selecting Texas and TDCJ and entering the person’s First and Last name.

If there is more than one person with that name, you will see a list of names and the units where they are located.
